LifeLong Learning Program

Presenter Shelly Callahan is Executive Director of The Center in Utica, New York, which provides services related to immigration, adult learning, cultural competency and many other topics that serve to collaboratively build a community of many cultures. She will present “The Center: Forty Years of Refugee Resettlement” at the monthly LifeLong Learning Program held at the Palace Theatre. All classes are live and in-person.
